The Society is holding a two-day conference on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th April 2017 to mark the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther’s nailing of his 95 theses to the door of the church in Wittenberg on 31st October 1517. The theme of the conference is “Scotland’s Debt to Martin Luther” and the aim of it is to consider the various influences that Luther had on Scotland, especially in the years prior to the Reformation of 1560.

The Conference venue is the Macdonald Holyrood Hotel, Edinburgh.
